What will be deleted
When your request is processed, the following data is permanently erased from our systems:
- Account profile — full name, phone number, email address, profile photo, and selected governorate.
- Service requests — every service request you created or accepted, including their status history.
- Chat messages — all conversations and messages you sent or received, including attachments.
- Reviews and ratings — reviews you wrote and the ratings attached to your account.
- Favorites — saved professionals and saved items.
- Store and product listings — any store you own and all products published under it.
- Professional profile — skills, showcase media, documents, and approval records, if you registered as a professional.
- Location data — all stored coordinates and live-tracking history.
- Device data — push notification tokens and device identifiers linked to your account.
- Support history — support tickets and replies associated with your account.
This action is permanent.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered
or restored, and you will lose access to your account immediately. To use
ألو أسطة – ALO ASTA again, you will need to create a new account.
Processing time.
Requests are verified and completed within 7 business days of submission.
