Mohammad Nadhum, trading as ABULION ("we", "our", or "us"), operates ألو أسطة – ALO ASTA (com.aloasta.app), a mobile application and related services (the "Service"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information: full name, phone number, email (optional), profile photo, and selected governorate.
• Service activity: requests you create or accept, messages you send, reviews you leave, and store/product data if you publish any.
• Location data: your live coordinates while a service request is active, used solely for matching and live tracking on the map.
• Device data: device tokens for push notifications, app version, OS, and crash diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate you (OTP / password) and keep your account secure.
• Match customers with nearby professionals and deliver real-time updates.
• Send transactional notifications (request status, chat messages, arrival alerts).
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including fraud prevention and abuse detection.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited information only with the other party of a service request (e.g. customer ↔ professional) so the service can be delivered, and with infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, push notifications) bound by confidentiality.

4. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time using the Account Deletion Request page; once processed, your personal data is removed and references to it are anonymized.

5. Your Rights

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
